BLACK POWDER OPENING-DAY HUNT — SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2026 $3,500 per hunter. Check in Friday, October 30, between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. Friday includes dinner and overnight accommodations; there is no Friday hunt. Hunt all day Saturday, October 31, with a morning hunt from one hour before local sunrise until 11:00 a.m. and an afternoon hunt from 2:00 p.m. until 30 minutes after local sunset. Select October 30 on the calendar for your arrival date. The booking begins at the start of the check-in window and includes the overnight stay and Saturday hunting. This opening-day package includes two Saturday hunts in place of the regular three-hunt itinerary. Existing trophy fees and cancellation terms apply. REGULAR DEER PACKAGE — OTHER ARRIVAL DATES $3,500 per hunter. Three hunts over two days: an afternoon hunt on arrival day, then a morning and evening hunt the next day. Arrive no later than 2:00 p.m. Includes the opportunity to harvest one guide-approved mature buck and ample doe harvest within legal limits and the preserve's management plan. A buck sighting or harvest is not guaranteed. Meal and lodging arrangements are confirmed separately. Trophy fees, payable additionally after harvest, are based on gross green antler score with no deductions: under 150 inches, no trophy fee; 150–159⅞, $2,000; 160–169⅞, $4,000; 170–179⅞, $6,000; 180–189⅞, $8,000; 190–199⅞, $10,000; 200 inches and above, $12,000. Only the applicable score tier is charged; fees are not cumulative. The scoring method is agreed before booking. The base hunt price remains payable regardless of success. Full payment is required when booking. No Sunday hunting. Hunting hours: Morning hunts begin one hour before local sunrise and end at 11:00 a.m. Afternoon hunts begin at 2:00 p.m. and end 30 minutes after local sunset. Sunrise and sunset times vary by date. No Sunday hunting. Regular-package arrival: Monday through Friday at 2:00 p.m. This is a two-day hunt, ending the following evening; the calendar reserves through 6:00 p.m. The next morning's hunt begins one hour before sunrise and runs until 11:00 a.m.; the afternoon hunt begins at 2:00 p.m. and runs until 30 minutes after sunset. No Sunday hunting. Overlapping parties are permitted, with alternate lodging when the preserve house is booked. Lodging arrangements are confirmed separately. One reservation is available per arrival date, first come, first served. For regular packages, please arrive one hour before your hunt begins.
